SCIENCE is the intellectual and practical activity encompassing the systematic study of the structure and behavior of the physical and natural world through observation and experiment.
In our day-to-day lives, we always interact with science. Either from the cell phone we use or the vehicles we transport in, to the clothing and accessories that we use.
Living in the 21st century, our lives majorly depend on scientific technologies, and this helps shape our world and the future. This is why at Marymount, we make sure to impact the necessary skill-set that our kids need to thrive in the near future.
The SCIENCE EXPO AND EXHIBITION DAY was an event that gave the kids, starting from the DISCOVERERS to the YEAR SIX the opportunity to express that which they had learned.
The kids displayed different arrays of scientific explanations and solutions to what takes place in nature and also problems that we tend to face in modern times.
From: The to the seasons that we have which was presented by the discoverers, to projects like “what plants need”, “the five senses”, “first aid kit” from the nursery pupils.
Structural designs like bridges, the life cycle of insects, and natural occurrences like volcanic eruptions from the primary pupils. It really was a beautiful array of ingenuity from the kids.
